HT APPLIANCE SERVICES, LLC
Effective Date: 01/12/2026.
1. SCOPE OF SERVICE
HT Appliance Services, LLC provides residential appliance repair services. Commercial services may be offered upon request and subject to separate terms. Repairs are limited to covered appliances as described in the service listing. Freon-related repairs and sealed system work are currently excluded.
2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
- Appointments must be scheduled by direct contact.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash and other approved digital platforms.
- A diagnostic fee may apply and is non-refundable if service is declined.
3. WARRANTY
- Parts and labor are warranted for 30 days from the date of service.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or unauthorized tampering.
4. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
- Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with 4 hours’ notice.
- Rescheduling will automatically show the client the next available time for the technician to come out and complete the service, which may vary by how many appointments are already booked for the technician.
5. LIABILITY
HT Appliance Services, LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or appliance failure unrelated to the repair. Customers must ensure safe and accessible working conditions.
HT Appliance Services, LLC is not responsible for incidental property damage that may occur during standard review & repair procedures, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or wear to surrounding cabinetry, flooring, or fixtures. Customers acknowledge that appliance removal or access may involve reasonable risk to adjacent surfaces and the appliance itself.
6. PRIVACY
Customer information is collected solely for scheduling, communication, and payment processing. Data is stored securely and never shared with third parties.
7. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
Repairs are performed based on available parts and manufacturer specifications. If a repair is deemed unsafe or impractical, service may be declined at the technician’s discretion. Service may also be declined at the technician's discretion if the customer's pre-appointment checklist has not been completed.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Arizona state law. The customer agrees to attempt informal resolution before pursuing legal action.
The resolution process is as follows:
- The customer must notify HT Appliance Services, LLC of the complaint via phone or email.
- HT Appliance Services, LLC will acknowledge receipt and initiate an investigation within seven (7) business days.
- If the complaint does not involve a violation of these Terms and Conditions by either party, HT Appliance Services, LLC will work toward a resolution that is reasonable and fair to both the customer and the company.
HT Appliance Services, LLC reserves the right to deny claims that are found to be outside the scope of service, warranty, or liability as defined in these Terms and Conditions.
9. PRICING AND TAXATION
Parts are priced individually based on availability and manufacturer cost. All applicable sales taxes, including Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT), will be added to the final invoice based on the service location.
10. PARTS AVAILABILITY & SPECIAL ORDERS
If a required part is not in stock, HT Appliance Services, LLC will notify the customer and provide an estimated timeline for ordering and installation. A deposit may be required to secure the part before ordering. Delays due to supplier availability, shipping, or manufacturer backorders are not the responsibility of HT Appliance Services, LLC. Customers will be updated promptly if timelines change.
By booking a service with HT Appliance Services, LLC, the customer agrees to these terms.
